Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of every reference compound we ship. Because our products are sold strictly for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes, return eligibility is limited, but we will always make it right when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return & Refund Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are refunded or reshipped promptly, with no return required.
  • If an independent purity concern is verified, we issue a full refund — no return needed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment methodwithin 3–5 business days of approval.
  • Unopened products in original condition qualify for return within 30 days.
  • No restocking fee is ever charged on eligible returns.

Shipment Protection

Every Lemon Labs order is covered against transit issues:

  • Lost in transit — we reship your full order at no charge.
  • Damaged on arrival — send us a photo and we reship or refund immediately.
  • Delayed beyond expected delivery — contact us and we will investigate and resolve.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email support@lemonlabsresearch.com with your order number.
  2. Describe the issue — damaged, incorrect item, purity concern, or missing item.
  3. Attach a photo if relevant, such as damaged packaging or the wrong product.
  4. We will respond within one business day with a resolution: refund, reship, or replacement.

Exclusions

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
  • Opened or partially used products, unless defective or a verified purity concern
  • Products stored improperly by the customer after delivery
  • Custom formulations or special-request orders
